Had a bit of a snag, my order was delivered to the wrong address and I was desperate for it to be on time. So contacted customer service and explained the situation. David was helpful and thorough, sent me a replacement which came the next day and also a little gift of the wellington boots card which will come in handy for another time.

Couldn't fault this company at all. Will be kept in mind for future purchases
